We want every customer to be completely satisfied by the product, incase you’re not, we're here to help.

Returns

Showoff has a 07 working-days return policy for almost all products starting from the day the product has been delivered.. For a smooth return experience, please ensure that

• Original tags and barcodes are not removed from the product

• Product is not stained, damaged or torn

• Product is not used or washed

• Free products or accessories along with the original product are not missing

The following products have a 3-day return policy which starts the day product is delivered to the customer:

• Men’s Blazers
• Men’s Suits
• Women Gowns

Similarly you can also DM us on Instagram to create a return request or you can fill the following given form.

In case of successful returns, we will credit the amount paid by you in the original mode of payment. We accept partial returns, i.e. you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order. Any product along with a gift combo must be returned in its entirety.

Certain products cannot be returned/ exchanged. These include:

• Boxers
• Lingerie
• Swimsuits
• Accessories like anklets, sunglasses and so on
• Products bought on sale

Also, kindly go through the return policy of the product in the product detail page before placing the order to check if the product is eligible for return or not.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the original mode of payment in 10-14 working days.

The refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank after the NEFT is initiated by Showoff. In case of any refund discrepancies, Showoff, may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.

We understand that in some scenarios, the Product may take more than 10 days to reach our warehousing and Quality Check facilities and thus the Q.C may take time. In such scenario, we may process the refund amounts intermittently but in case the Product does not clear the Quality check, we reserve all right to take appropriate steps to recover the amount already credited to your account.

Showoff may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behavior that entitles Showoff to a claim against you.
