RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy & hassle free: 

  • We offer a 07 working-day return policy for almost all products starting from the day the product has been delivered. For a smooth return experience, please ensure that
  1. Original tags and barcodes are not removed from the product
  2. Product is not stained, damaged or torn
  3. Product is not used or washed
  4. Free products or accessories along with the original product are not missing
  • The following products have a 03 working-day return policy:
  1. Blazers
  2. Gowns
  3. Kurta Sets
Return of the above mentioned categories will not be accepted beyond 3 days post delivery of the product.
  • NO RETURNS Will be accepted on the following products:
    • BOXERS
    • Products bought during Season Sale or Mega Sale.
  • Cancellations will only be approved if order has not been dispatched from the warehouse.
  • For reverse shipment, a fee of Rs100 per order is deducted from the refund value towards the same, irrespective of no of items to return.
  • For COD Orders, we offer the customer a choice- either accept refund with the reverse shipment deduction of Rs100 in their bank account or accept store credit of refund amount + Rs100 voucher which can be used for a period of 2 months from date of creation of voucher
  • No Reverse shipment charges will be deducted for products returned due to manufacturing defect.
  • All refunds will take 5-7 Working days to be processed once return has been received & approved.

All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.
  • The refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank after the NEFT is initiated by Showoff. In case of any refund discrepancies, Showoff, may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
  • We understand that in some scenarios, the Product may take more than 10 days to reach our warehousing and Quality Check facilities and thus the Q.C may take time. In such a scenario, we may process the refund amounts intermittently but in case the Product does not clear the Quality check, we reserve all right to take appropriate steps to recover the amount already credited to your account.
  • Showoff may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Showoff to a claim against you.
